When you claim that something has taken place (CCOP funding MDGC), the burden of proof is on you. So prove it. It is nearly impossible to prove that something hasn't happened, by definition. If it hasn't happened there is simply no evidence around a non-event.

But in this case, if something has happened, there should be a verifiable filing. Where is it? PRs from fraudy pinks don't count as proof.

No links to back up my claim, no link to back up yours. But it doesn't change the fact that MDGC can receive money somehow that apparently you don't know how.
