THEN.....Mgmt issued 11M shares....most likely to themselves to retain majority ownership in the company.

THEN.....13,300,000 shares went to 3 different groups: the investor (lender), marketing firm, and investment banking firm. My assumption is some initial "seed" shares to the lender...payment to banking firm for linking up the deal...and a PR Campaign to the marketing firm (still yet to happen).
New O/S = 24,862,520 - BALANCE AS OF SEPT 30th, 2011
Then they issued the "Earmarked shares" of 49,087,330
you're guess is as good as mine on this one as to who and where these will go and when....
