It's really not that difficult to come off of the chill lists. As long as your a legitimate operating company, have more than one employee, have a company address, and a few more basic business things then it can take as little as the time it takes to get these things verified to come off of the chill. Coming off the chill list when it happens should be a pretty good confirmation for investors that $EMXC is a legitimate company doing legitimate things.
