I just sent the following email to FOGC.

I will post whatever I get in response.

I am currently conducting due diligence on FOGC to determine if I will move
forward with a planned investment in your company.

I am having difficulty locating permit and production records of Cressent owned
or leased oil wells in North Texas. I have scoured the Texas RRC website but
can find no evidence that you even have permits to work in Texas. If you do,
please provide me with enough information so I can properly evaluate the
potential of FOGC going forward. I will not in good faith invest money in FOGC
without some confirmation of the accuracy of your earlier news releases.

In addition, it has been over 2 months since you released information in
reference to silver exploration being conducted by Alta Mining. But nary a word
in months.

A prompt response is appreciated.
