first off its not about me.HRNF is a company that has repeatedly ripped people off through shady deals that has in turn,effectively shut the company down ....having a cusip number suspended is very serious and i dont think HRNF has the money or the intrest at this point to pay for audited financils,an accountant and the fees required to have the dtcc handle the clearing of its shares...

those are basics...i could go on all night but i can only do so much here.
