I wouldn't get to excited.
It is a positive - I must admit.
But Why would would he make a dumbass move investing in IBM?

Anyway it sounds like he has some guys working for him that are looking at small momentum movers to diversify his fund.

Hopefully this will get some of the larger fund managers to get off their asses and start moving larger chunks into Tech.
