"No one except who the Penny Stock Oracle of Fresno appoints/recommends is good for you, huh? "
Given that THAT IS EXACTLY HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK... and THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THE LAW REQUIRES... yes. Exactly. That is WHY THOSE COMMITTEES EXIST... to ensure that there IS a proper process, that someone IS responsible for complying with the rules and the law.
So... why would you think it was useful to advocate that it is a better idea to ignore the proper process and violate the law ?
SirH even SAYS that HE believes the committees are legitimate ?
Leaving only the question... why he thinks the process that the rules intend and require should be upheld... but, still, should apply to Mr. Namkung and others, but shouldn't apply to him ???
Or, otherwise, the question is why he thinks conducting a campaign prior to being considered was going to be "a good idea"... ???
Do it right... or don't bother.
And, of course, the rules and the process DO apply to him...
My opinion is that SirH's unfortunate effort to "be transparent" is a fairly glaring proof of an explicit lack of judgment...
Even the more patently ridiculous nominee Rohan Russell didn't engage in that sort of a "campaign" ? Which is perhaps why management felt that a campaign like that would perhaps be useful and necessary ?
Probably not pointless, to note... that is likely why you don't see any of the candidates properly proposed by the committee, at least, demonstrating that sort of a lack of judgment... ???
And then, it isn't a QUESTION of whether or not there is a conspiracy operating here...
It isn't "a theory"... rather than "a conspiracy".
So, no, there isn't any issue here that results from there being errors in my logic...
