I, as a shareholder, I just say: I hope the best for this new alliance of companies. I give a small degree of confidence or doubt, depending on how you look. Well I have no certainty to exclude a priori that the future of this stock may be a little better than the past (indeed, very bad). But here the probability of gain is inversely proportional to the generalized expectations. lol

By the way, why does not anyone answer me this?: What critics should do if the company files the acquisition soon?
