bundyelvis what do you mean give or take a week. From what I have read their last day to file for the 3rd QTR is the 15th without being marked late. They have 45 days from the end of the 3rd QTR to be reporting on time. if it is after that I believe they fall into the same boat as before. Being late on filing their 3rd QTR report.
