By no means I am no expert. Had an announched R/S on a sub penny few years back with a decent DD. As soon as the R/S was announced seems everyone bailed for no reason but fear. When my shares were released the pps was .0001 with no bid and stayed there. NO BUYERS! Have found unannouced R/S seems to give share holders time to rethink there position, a cooling off sort of speak. Yes we are down but it could always be worse. Shares are being traded now and what if there were no trades at all? JMO
