I wouldn't short ARIA personally but all of your points, especially the first one, are why I continue to be on the sidelines and have no intention of taking a long position.

I’m on the sidelines too, at least for now. I’m not currently short any stocks; however, if I were forced to short a biotech stock for which I could actually obtain a borrow, ARIA might be my top pick.
