The last 10Q for the period ending June 30, 2011 made absolutely no mention of trying to get listed on the NASDAQ. Perhaps they have given up on that goal?

that is why i posted to sam .. if corp counsel has been
contacted .. they will indeed confirm that uplisting is
very much a goal

however unless one has been living under a rock .. *most*
are aware that aspects pertaining to chinese co.s and the
naz are *now* being scrutinized up the whazoo .. and like
american co.s that want to uplist to the naz .. there is
a process .. internal controls are just one aspect ..

it's why i posted earlier what is so revealing about this co.
is contained in their *news* section .. specifically since
march of 2010 ..
