Seriously folks, after being 'baught' and all, I decided to return the monies as they weren't worth the effort and the 600 page release form it took. But it was worth investigating :)

I'm not one to get into some of the more 'esoteric' speculation going on -- it happens every time thing go 'dark' around here -- long eat long, etc.

I'm patiently waiting for this next "two weeks" to expire -- and to get to the next Omnibus hearing on 11/22 -- which, as the Court noted, is one day after the "two week" extension for Mediation

Some of what I've read here is quite, let's say, imaginative.

But some of what I've read here is darned-on-point.

So not to repeat myself, here's what I've found QUITE valuable, and direct on point.

All kidding aside -- I have been out of town working on a major project. I have that "real life job" thing, that - contrary to speculation - is what I really do for a living. I remain, a singular small-time investor in the securities of WMI. And such speculation otherwise is repetitively bogus.

Argue with me if you want to. But let's keep it to the stock here.

And for the record, any speculations regarding "vacations", Absolute Priority stuff that doesn't remotely mention equity, supposed "dirt" by SNHs on JPM that hasn't an IOTA beyond wishful thinking, FDIC not re-binding the GSA when there hasn't been a FDIC Board meeting, etc, etc -- not worth my time to respond to.
