There's so much drama over a simple issue again, and it's very simple! LEGAL shares of any of these companies that are held in brokerage accounts will be exchanged or made whole during the mandatory Cert swap. If you are holding paper in your hand, then it is YOUR choice and YOUR job to redeem those paper certificates that aren't held in a street name. If you miss the boat it's your own fault for not paying attention! I think the real fear on display here are more illegal shorts that are weighing on peoples minds. It may have been assumed that those Diamond PowerSports and Golden Dragon Holdings shares were long forgotten BUT Jeff and Frank just pulled your ticket on those too!! If you're holding NAKED SHORTS in any of these companies, tough luck... it's time to pay for the bad bets!
