This is from May 2011. GWG definitely has a history of dilluting: If Byron Capital's $3.50 (Canadian?) comes to pass I don't think any of us will notice the small dilution. I certainly wish Byron best of luck in realizing that pps. It will benefit all of us equally. Bill
