LOL! I guess I should have read all the "news"
sections first!

WHAT A SURPRISE!!!

So much for the theory that NEPH
would have all the necessary info in there
THE FIRST TIME, THIS TIME!!!

Kochanski told me that the reason the FDA
got away with never responding in 90 days
after they provided "additional information"
was that the second (or more time around)
the "90 days" doesn't apply...

I don't know if that true or not...
but it looks like we're looking at a MINIMUM of
4 months from today for a decision!

Geez, I REALLY hate the FDA!!!
