Let's not and say we did.

The only thing keeping it at this level is Klepto & Lance passing the shares back and forth.

With zero revenue and zero funds how is Klepto going to pay for keeping this going. Any funds he has or gets will get taken by the courts. I don't even know if he can afford bankruptcy at this point because the courts will want to see financial records and I doubt he has any.

My money is on fraud and a long jail sentence.
