On OCTI...volume is dry. Looking at the .012 area..which WAS resistance...finding out if it is now support. Like .012...May try and outbid that bidder.
I like OCTI from a longer term POV for obvious reasons in California and what is going on between the US and Canada now...also looking at INTK, ONTC, and others in the like to benefit from the agreement to 2016
