...and what the company reports in its financials, it's clear why the company dropped to this level of a shell company. Urgently needs some management direction and signed contracts.

The good about this stock is that management does not seem to be interested in diluting shareholders. Rare in pinkie-land. The bad is that there isn't really a reported revenue driver...
