There is no value to me what so ever to pump this stock, but to sit by and know others are seeing there holdings go dark with no news, is not me. I have spent the last week drilling both Apex and the SEC on what is going on, and both have replied with almost the same answer. From the SEC: It is the Commission’s policy, however, to conduct inquiries on a confidential basis. This is done to protect the integrity of an investigation from premature disclosure and to protect the personal privacy of persons with respect to whom unfounded charges may be made. Thus, subject to applicable provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, the existence or non-existence of an investigation is generally not disclosed unless it is made a matter of the public record in proceedings instituted before the Commission or in the courts.
Maybe this is why there has been no update yet on the Apex webite.
I believe it may take a couple months to work out, but it will get done. The SEC confirmed with me today that no other trading has been done since the suspension / revoking of registration was imposed, none at all. Usually companies that are done dump there shares, Apex has not. I believe we will be back in the days ahead. We once were ten who believed, we may be less now, am not sure. For more news respond with 'Yes Fishin' If enough are on board I will post more, as I believe is allowed by the SEC. If not, this may be my last post, as I can PM those who still believe. Till then, 'Just Dance', it's not over and done quite yet! (IMO)
