CS12, I am sure Joe/Q has a strategy. But let go a little "Tex" on you. Do you take a cake out of the oven before it has risen and fully cooked? Of course not, a half baked cake has no value.

Maybe Joe is waiting for the cake to fully bake. Hopefully, the N team has turned the oven on to create value. So far it seems the oven not hot enough to melt ice.
