I have no problem with the rules. The SEC will not catch each and every violation just like a local police department can not stop all crime.

Personally there should be no way a company with no assets, no operations, no employees, no office and no revenues should ever be allowed to sell stock.

If there was just a basic requirement for transparency and profitable history then this market would be dried up in a week. But, I guess it is what it is. A ghetto where people run around trusing the snake oil salesmen and the traveling Jesus tents are full on a nightly basis...LOL!!!!
