Flipping is not allowed when a stock price is appreciating? Huh? Thats the only time to flip for free shares or profit. You certainly cant do it on a down trend.

Look at any good 5 year chart for ANWM and you will see almost always considerably larger volume during the moves upward. It also went above a penny and below again several times, not to mention the motion between .002 and .008 between late 2007 and late 2009 before it finally moved past a penny for good (I can count at least 7 times). All the while Ken was heavily pushing for new buyers. SCG could easily have flipped for many millions of shares especially in 2009.

Honestly space sometimes I think we're talking about 2 completely different companies?

Nothing you have written here makes any sense. Everything you mention can be and has been done.

I have never said anything about this being a P&D. Of course without proper filings we have no way to verify that.
