in many cases the IR is the ghost writer... he orchestrates the music. This is just another one of those We are the real deal stocks that got caught and is now on grey sheets. Until they find another venue to hawk... this one is still in play.

It is going to be a miracle if they can provide enough for it to get past finra and the SEC... you got to have assets and infrastructure... empty shells are having a hard go of it.
