well... my guess is that vmcs or vshc will be part of a (partly) takeover bid. I got two explanations for the pps that gets whacked down... 1. possible share buyback at a price as low as possible 2. A coalition of At&t, verizon (whe get a big chunk of the money of the obamacare with general electric) & a big technology player (cisco, sun) are playing down the stock to decrease the value of the company in talks with dab.. and dab at his side tries to put pressure issuing new pr's.. on the other hand if you go back to the pr's of 2004 and 2005 or the ride deal that never came through.. you would lose confidence for less......
