Then you had the ceo refusing to insert assets into his company & only lining up his own pockets. Then the end game consisted of the ceo yelling "HaHaHa" as he sold the empty shell off to line his pockets further leaving the IR as the biggest bag holder. Hmmm. Costly lesson for the IR eh?
