Ahah, it all depends on your frame of mind then.

If you are positive like myself then it looks like opportunity dressed in rags.

OTOH, I do agree with you at least that now Amln's fate is solidly in Amy's hands. LLY did have a conflict of interest in pushing exenatide. I am holding/adding Amy for two things : Bydureon decision in Jan 2012 and the announcement of a new partner to replace LLY.
