It can mean something, sometimes.......On some larger midcap stocks I've owned, I've been shocked at market open, by some "overnight" news of a merge or major event. Premarket went wild, and the stock opened at many dollars higher than the previous day close.........But that's not the case here. It only indicates that we "may" open, at .65........I've also seen it work in reverse, with some late evening or early morning "bad" news.........
