6) Float about 9 million
7)Previous debt conversion increased float from old pnk sheets number
8)Average shareholder cost is in between .10 - .12
9)No other debt conversions , no debentures or current dilution into the float
10) filings being completed and uplist to otcq
11) Previous financing in press, is in the form of a loan, hopeful to be completed in the near term. This is a straight loan with no stock tied into it.
12)8k in the works detailing the deal annonced today
13)Other contracts could very well be done and announced shortly
