There are a lot of questions to which we do not have the answers (nor do the evolutionists, who only have assumptions). Carbon dating is based on assumptions such as that the decay of carbon isotopes has always been constant throughout time, but that is not a proven (or provable) fact, just as we always believed that the speed of light was an absolute yet now we know that it is not.

There are a lot of possible explanations for the dinosaurs (and the apparent age of the earth and the universe), but you should read those from a scientist, not from someone like me who is ill equipped to explain them. They are readily available should you want to investigate, but somehow I seriously doubt you will do so.
