Corestream Nevada Corp. Status - Default

Corestream Energy is in Default in filing for officers and their annual fees. Note, the List of Officers Due and Business License Exp. on 9/30/2011.

If you go to the page and click on the "Calculate List Fees" button, it will give you a list and total of current fees due/overdue with dates. The Annual List and Late Fee for the list is $1000 total. That doesn't include the Business License which is $200 and is concurrently due with the officer list. You can click on that "state business license" fee link to see info on the State Business License cost and concurrence with annual list payment.

Looks like they intend to abandon/dissolve the Corporation (IMO). I assume there is a grace period between move from Default to Revoke status for them to pay and reinstate. I waited 30+ days to see if they would reinstate past the due date. I don't know the answer to the obvious question of "How many days before Revoked/Dissolved by NV law?". It's not one I know from prior research, so anyone with that info is welcome to jump in with the answer.
