The “standard’ HCV clinical metrics such as RVR, EVR, and SVR are arbitrary and not as uniform in their application as one might think. This board has discussed the different meanings companies use for EVR, and a recent PR from Medivir about TMC435 showed a different meaning for SVR that was the primary endpoint of a phase-2b study (#msg-67609174).
