so do tell me what you mean by wash trading because I still dont know, you dont mean "day trading", and you dont mean "wash sale"...
Wash Trading is completely irrelevant with company's conduct of business and the affect it has on the stock even, the person who is solely responsible is the one with the two accounts, their problem.
Wash Trading
What Does Wash Trading Mean? An illegal stock trading practice where an investor simultaneously buys and sells shares in a company through two different brokers.
so, well let the the guy using the two different brokers worry about that then, because it sure isnt me and if someone is doing that retail, UBS or not, its their problem. Why and how would this involve BRAV, its UBS that got caught with that fine.
Its been well known for a long time that the CEO uses 504, Ill let you find out what that is. Regardless, we traded more shares than his one full round of diluted in 10 minutes on Friday.
the turn delivers deliberate carnage? other companies are waiting int he wings..what ever you mean by this, it still doesnt prove that BRAV stock gets affected as much as this carnage you speak about, just traders that cant deduct losses since they want to sell for a loss and buy it back thinking it may go up-Wash Sale; which is actually ADVANTAGEOUS, and as for wash trades, which is even less relavent to the stock price, just means that a user is using two brokers and that its illegal-some might get cheaper shares with their antics, but I dont know about this carnage you speak about.
There is far more coming of what? UBS and MMs getting slapped with fines with a time frame they need to cover in? who cares??? how does this affect the company BRAV. This has no severity, no baring on BRAVs stock price.
Whichever one of these you mean, Im sure you mean one of these three, since there are no more definitions left.
Wash Trading=moot topic as it relates to BRAVs pps Day Trading=always been happening Wash Sale Rule=advantageous to Longs
