There will not be a PROMO. A PROMO will come from shareholders not the company. David knows he can't go toe to toe with Groupon and thats fine. Its like a Bar Band releasing a CD to get noticed on the same day Metallica releases a new album. PROMO's will come when investment groups have sucked up all the shares they can and in a land hopefully not too far away David will produce real numbers and then BAM! Big Promo!
