I think what AMD, Dan3, and its bank want to do in take the 10 billion that they are going to win as Income. Therefore, say less two billion in losses leaves 8 billion in net income.

You then take the 8 billion and apply a very conservative cap rate or price earnings ratio of 10 and you get an additional cap of 80 billion plus the existing 6.8 Billion you get a company with a capitalization of 86.8 Billion dollars.

This seems simple enough to me and certainly comports with Chapter VII ("Valuation of Things We Like") Droidian Chronicles.
