More words I don't wish involved in my investment..... the word "promise" is very subjective. Whom has Scott promised the return to at this stage? SRSR shareholders? Private Placement holders? HKHE?

He promised to return value in SRSR. When Nio is spun out and is free and clear of SRSR........ What does that do to Scott promise?
