Yes free will. Without the concept of Satan it is not possible to dissent from the dictatorship of God. Religion is slavery in that sense. Sin can not exist without evil.

The question is how does evil enter the word? How could God have created evil?

Eve can only sin because she can make a choice, she has free will.
