Global opinion of Bush is very poor. The world sees Bush as a greater threat to peace than Osama. Maybe some power will decide on regime change for the US, drop bombs, wipe out our infrastructure, and kill tens of thousands. With our army gone, we'll exercise our Constitutional right to organize militias. When we do, the occupier, who waged war for our own good, will deem us insurgents and terrorists, and detain us outside the standards of international law. Ridiculous, yes, but Bush set a very bad precedent with his preemptive, unprovoked war against another nation that posed no threat to the US. Disregard of Geneva was another bad precedent.
