Sad part of whole story (IMHO) it is going to be resolved in the courts and the resolution of WHOLE story will go back to QASP days, it's spin offs, related companies, how many Corporate hats can one person wear at same time, and Corporate fiduciary responsibilty to shareholders..

The rest is just BUZZ and means nothing until presented in Court.

IMHO that is the SAD FACT in a nut shell (or should I say Coconut shell?)

we is DB2 and I - I don't buy any of this nonsense(joe on anything) and I expect joe is going to get all the litigation he can stand it just won't be the litigation he was hoping for - I fully expect HIS assets to be under attack in the future -staying tuned for sure - no riddles here just waiting for the final curtain - what a show it has been -
