I am waiting for the year ago promise of the supposed quarterly filings, documenting the supposed "buybacks". Can anyone point me to a single filing of a single share being bought back in the year since this statement?

November 2010:

""The company is committed and is preparing currently to file any and all necessary filings with the SEC, NASDAQ, and the OTCIQ markets representing their quarterly buy back activities""
