The information from clinicaltrials.gov for MTC trial made me believe 125mg was used in MTC trial as in GBM ph2 trial (Safety and tolerability at 125 mg XL184: The lower dose of 125 mg XL184 appears to provide clinically meaningful improvement in safety and tolerability, while maintaining a high rate of durable response in this recurrent GB population from ASCO 2010):
