Analyst said MNTA "is talking about" a 12-18 month timeline...anyone know where that statement came from?

That was in reference to the patent trial per se rather than the appeal of the PI. I don’t know where the analyst got the 12-to-18-month range, but the actual time for the case to be tried can hardly be less. After all, Amphastar’s lawyer told the Judge it will take 12 moths just to prepare :- )
