This entire exchange started with your assertion that the value of the CPRX warrants was only $.30, while I suggested these were closer to $.77.


NO, YOU BEGAN THIS EXCHANGE when you posted the following: "we both know that the real price today(if your bought through the financing) was closer to .77/share". I simply pointed out that your calculation incorrectly assumed that investors received the warrant for free which resulted in your erroneous conclusion. Instead of simply admitting your mistake and moving on, you decided to "double down" and insist that the black-scholes model was incorrectly valuing ARIA options and consequently could not be used to accurately value the CPRX warrants. However, as I pointed out, it wasn't the model that was in error but the implied volatility assumption you used.

I really have nothing further to add to this discussion.
