You're free to be pissed. It is frustrating, to not hear news of progress while at the same time the pps continues its downward trend.
Doesn't mean that they could careless about the investor. There is just nothing to report. Simple as that. Do you want them to release speculative news? To make the pps go up a few cents temporarily. Once they do that, it invites short sellers. Once they get a grasp of this thing, they'll take it to sub zero. Staying quiet, as frustrating as it is for us, is better for the PPS and company.
The economy if f$%*ed. The VIX is as high as its ever been. Investors are staying clear of risk. Its happening across the board.
The management are loosing their shirts right now. They own 40% of the common stock at prices north of .68. They are doing everything possible to keep the boat afloat.
This is a biotech. A biotech that needs funding to proceed with it's business plan. We all knew this going in. We also knew that the economy is a mess. Like everybody else invested in these types of biotechs, we are sitting at losses.
They still are current with their filings. 8K's, quarterlies, etc.
Just have to be patient. But, if you need to bail, then bail. But don't do it because you think management could give a shit about us. That's just your emotions getting in the way of logic.
