You get what you pay for. OCS is using a different ISP and if you open up their website while you are experiencing problems with Ihub you'll see that OCS is up and running.
It is a matter of priorties and it does appear that Matt and Bob have spread themselves a little thin and not addressed their bread and butter over the last week. Waiting until the Friday before the 4th is a bit much in my opinion.
I agree Dave has done an excellent job while Bob has been MIA.
