Well the collection department of the DOJ must be looking for Mario to collect their fines. The SEC has a judgement against him but claimed they were unable to collect because they could not locate Mario. Seems to me I read that CH suggested to the SEC where they could find him if they wanted to. Did the SEC ever fine or bring charges against Pammy for helping to perpetuate the fraud? Anyone know? If not, why not? Go BCIT!!!
