I think that could have been a secondary issue/benefit but the more I have heard about shrubs feeling about being a "War President" the more I thing he just wanted to be a "War President." He has mentioned that no president has been a great president without being a "War President." However he will go down as one of the truly ignorant and incompetent Presidents in our history.

Future generations will ask themselves how the hell did he get elected again and the answer will be - the red states. States that have been a blight on our progress as all they do is spawn ignorant people who breed faster than intelligent people. LOL
