Bear Stearns raised its earnings outlook for QLOGIC CORP., citing the storage networking equipment maker's strategic positioning. In a research note, analyst Andrew Neff said he increased his earnings outlook to $1.15 a share from $1.09 for the year ending in March and to $1.30 from $1.20 for fiscal 2004.
