Paulmk, it's pretty clear to me...

that SEC already has a good idea of the order of magnitude of the discrepancy in the accounts... If it was beyond what they're prepared to accept, I doubt they'd be willing to wait for the 10K...

Also, the fact that management is willing to put its money where it's got its mouth, is very encouraging, particularly coming from the newly installed people... $1.5 Million is no chicken feed and should help tide the Company over, till earnings from the Secureview flow in...

I don't know the terms of the PP, but they can't be too discounted from the Market price for obvious reasons... It certainly is the most positive aspect of the PR today and gives a good inkling of the level of confidence of the Insiders...
