Just because they are in defauly in NV does not mean the shares go anywhere or the company doesn't exist anymore. There are plenty of stocks trading that are in default in NV and other registered states.

Basically the shell they find will issue a certain percentage of shares to GSI and we will all get a portion of these shares based on our current ownership. Could be 2 for 1, 5 for 1, 10 for 1 - all depends on what they agree upon.

All seems like a fairy tale at this point but that is how it would work.
